How Do I Make Changes to My Lease?

Look, we get it, things don't always go as originally planned! 

Please submit all requests for changes to a lease to: [e-mail].

For changes made in quantity, type of units or Commencement Date on a lease request more than two (2) business days prior to the Commencement Date, Lessor will charge a change fee.

For changes made less than two (2) business days prior to the Commencement Date, Lessor will charge an Expedite Fee.

The Commencement Date of a lease may be postponed for a maximum period of up to five (5) days beyond the originally requested start of lease date, otherwise a cancellation fee will be applied.

Changes made to the lease duration of an active lease must be requested prior to the end of the active lease and a change fee will apply.
