Cancellation Fees

Sometimes things don't always go as planned. If you need to cancel your lease, please notify the customer support team by emailing: [e-mail]

For written notices of cancellation of Lease Transactions submitted to Lessor less than five (5) days preceding the Commencement Date, Lessor will charge a cancellation fee for cancellation of confirmed orders. No Lease Transation may be cancelled on or after the related Commencement Date and in such case the full Lease Charges shall apply.

Please consult with your Schedule 1 Agreement to confirm your cancellation fees by container type.

The following table indicates the last day of the week for which a lease request for a CSafe container may be cancelled in relation to the planned start of lease date before the request would be subject to the Cancellation Fee.
