This Article will outline the step by step process for requesting an order with our Active products in CSafe Connect.
To begin a lease request process, select "Request Order" from the Dashboard page.
The next step is to select "Order" under the Bulk Air Cargo Section.
This will take you to the following screen in which your account information will be pre-populated. The rest of the information can be edited if needed as well as adding things like new contacts, cc email addresses, and selecting your product.
Please note that if you need to add persistent contacts to your account to access CSafe Connect, please contact the CSafe Customer Support team with the information: customersupport@csafeglobal.com
The next step is to choose which product you wish to lease. Once a product is selected, you can select the lease type, number of containers, Release/Return point, add any special instructions and choose if you will Pick-up the containers or would like for them to be delivered. For more information about pickup and delivery service, please click here
The next step will be to select the start of lease date, provide the AWB #, commodity shipped, shipper, origin and destination information, and specify if you want Track and Trace capabilities.
Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to review all of the entered information. Once you have carefully reviewed your lease details, the next step is to select "Request Lease"
Once you click "Request Lease" you will see the below confirmation message that will display your lease number. Our Customer Support team will review your request and reply in short order confirming your lease request, or let you know if any further information is needed.
If you navigate back to the dashboard, you will see that the lease request is a "Request Confirmed" status.
Please note that this does not mean that the CSafe Customer Support team has confirmed your lease request. This serves as a confirmation that your lease request has been received and we are reviewing it. You will receive a separate email confirming the lease.
Once containers are assigned and the lease start date arrives, the lease will then display as "On Lease". If your company has a Track and Trace Services Agreement in place with CSafe, you will be able to create, track and view shipments associated with the containers on the lease.
